In 2007, at LN Studio in Brasília, I called my friends Bruno Rocha and Giordano Azevedo to improvise and record a series of rhythmic cells.
We avoided 4x4 whenever possible, although the habit influenced us not to completely abandon the sacred time signature of pop, especially during long improvisations. I played a baritone guitar that uses the first two bass strings, Giordano on bass and Bruno on drums.
The recording was abandoned for years due to side projects. In 2025, I decided to work on these improvisations, isolating myself for months on a DAW with a MIDI keyboard. Was created an electronic orchestration worthy of suggesting the name EM for the music style. You can choose whether EM is "Electronic Music" or "Electronic Metal. Marc Urselli mastered it at his wonderful EastSide Sound studio in New York.
The result is an hour-long song titled "01_00_00." This song is available as a bonus track. However, all the music is in this piece: I've separated musical themes, each named after its period in the work.
