Itiberê entered the world of music through his father, Antônio Bruno da Rocha Zwarg, who was also a musician. In the late 1960s he was already playing professionally in instrumental music groups. He participated in several groups and since 1977 he has been part of Hermeto Pascoal's group. In 1992, he started his career as a composer and arranger. In 1999 he created the Itiberê Orquestra Família, with students from music seminars. With the success of these workshops, Itiberê began to tour Brazil and the world, giving workshops, composing and arranging especially for students. His production as a composer and arranger grew exponentially, at the same time that some generations of musicians graduated both in the Orchestra and in their “Universal Music Workshops” with talent and correct directions. He currently teaches his workshops, now online, but with the same success, as he has established a brand of quality and originality. He has projects underway for IOFF in France and IOFA in Australia.
